it says calculate the angular velocity in radians per minute of a ferris wheel with a radius of 125 ft that takes 45 secs to rotate once. expressin terms of pi.

another find angular displacement inradians and angular velocity in radians per minute----1/5 revolution in 3 min

i dont understand these?how on earth do you figure these out???

45 sec = 0.75 min

1 rev = 2pi radians

So the angular velocity is 1 rev/45 sec = 2pi radians/0.75 min = 8pi radians/3 minutes = 2.667*pi radians/min.

(1/5 rev * 2pi radian)/3 min = (2pi/15) radians/minute
