i cry....a lot!!then when i get it out of my system,i talk to my friends!and many of my contacts help me be happy again!thanks to all of you!!

usually I talk to my best friend, I used to always talk to my mom until last year when she passed away, my mom always made me feel better! Now my best friend seems to be a great substitute!

when I am sad, or blue I sit down and feel sorry for myself. I try to enjoy the sadness, and embrace the melancholy...it usually makes me feel better....and then the better is even more enjoyable!

I go answer Sawman's questions in a cranky way and then I try to figure out a way to apologize. It takes a lot of time and effort.
