If people didn't share needles, and only had sex in marriage, this would be the best way to stop it.

"absolute destruction for the progress of hiv"? Except that its not "absolute"...no condom is guaranteed 100% protection against anything.

Of course, women could "absolutely" refuse to have sex with any guy who insists on not wearing one...but thats never going to happen either.

Did you think about this before you posted it? What about drug users, gay men, people infected from blood transfusions? Granted the latter has a strict screening program now, but that dosnt mean it will never happen again.

Condoms and the treatment of yeast infections which are very common and natural in females and cause minute sores which in turn increase infection rates.

Not really, since it was first seen in homosexuals, so I dont think that follows.

Although, if you could convince people in Africa of the need for condoms, I would be impressed.

No, it lies with everyone!! What about gay men? They don't touch women in that way and yet they're still susceptible.

No. Even if women don;t pass it on, it will still pass on intergenerationally through sex and IV drug use.

what about blood donors in 3rd world countries without proper screening.
or drug addicts sharing needles.

I don't think so. Its past by drug addicts and men having sex with men, as well as by heterosexual sex.
