I say 3, Ottawa, Calgary and Vancouver. Thoughts?

Puckdat-you know me too well. It might be wishful thinking on my part LOL BUT Montreal did really not much to improve and I don't think that Toskala will be the Godsend. They might both be bubble teams but I think they will miss out. Montreal for offensive reasons and Toronto for defensive reasons.

HockeyPassion-You are so stupid, I wouldn't even know where to start? He got fired, did he? WOW. I guess I know nothing "IN" hockey. Go to school man, read a book, don't waste your time here, you need to educate yourself.

Ottawa should win their division (and conference), so that's one

Calgary and Vancouver will be fighting with Colorado for their division, and I have all three in....so that's three

Montreal and Toronto will be fighting for the playoffs, but I really see no room at the playoff table this year (or next year for Toronto either).

Edmonton? I'm not liking their chances of finishing higher than anyone except Columbus and Phoenix, and last I looked...13th wasn't in the top 8

So...Ottaws in the east
Vancouver and Calgary in the west

I would say out of the six (I still think it's criminal that there are only six Canadian teams), only Ottawa will make the playoffs. Calgary has the makings of a team ready to implode (and Mike Keenan is the fire that will light the stick of dynamite), Toronto doesn't have as much depth as advertised (Jason Blake, Mats Sundin, Tomas Kaberle notwithstanding), Montreal is in a slight rebuilding mode, Vancouver definitely doesn't have anything resembling scoring depth or backup goaltending (meaning Roberto Luongo is going to be overworked like nobody's business), and Edmonton is competing in the John Taveres sweepstakes (or actually competing for Anaheim, as they forfeit their first round pick for putting all their eggs in the Dustin Penner basket). Out of all that, Ottawa is the strongest team among the Canadian teams.

I agree with those 3 but I would add a maybe to either Toronto or Montreal getting the last seed/s

I think the 3 you mentioned are almost guaranteed a plalyoff spot unless they take key injuries, Luongo especially. Im predicting that either Montreal or Toronto will slip in as an 8th seed as well.

I say 5. The Oil will be the exception. Habs are iffy.

Are you sure your bias doesn't temper your predictions Bob? I know you hate Montreal and Toronto.

Four: Vancouver and Ottawa for sure, Edmonton and Montreal will squeak in.

(you heard it here first - Calgary is over-rated and Toronto is, well, Toronto)

Deffinantly 3 atleast!

Calgary.
Vancouver.
Ottawa.

If there are going to be four teams making it to the post season.
I would have to say Toronto.

Edmonton just wont come close, and i think the habs will fall just short once again.

ADD: megalomaniac your answer was the biggest joke ive seen!

Seriously, edmonton and Montreal make it but Calgary doesnt? HA!... those poor little retards.
