~Although Ben Franklin did attend the Constitutional Convention as a delegate from Pennsylvania, he did not sign the final document. No one did. That is not how the constitution or any amendment thereof is ratified.

As to his age, he was born in January, 1706. Do the arithmetic. However, you need to decide if by "when he signed the constitution" you mean when the convention agreed on the final draft, when it was ratified, or when it went into effect.
