Look at the corrected question:
If the ground here on Earth is called earth whats the ground called on Mars?
Notice that Earth and earth are two very different things. Earth is the name of our planet, and earth what we most likely dig up in our back garden.

It all stems from the Latin language, where 'terra' was the name of the soil and 'Terra' that of the planet. No other solid planets were envisaged at the time of course.
In germanic languages like English there are more words, therefore the base surface of Mars will probably be called 'ground', and the stuff itself 'soil'.
But then who knows what words will the Mars colonists come up with.

It is not called earth it is called dirt,
The ground on Mars would be called dirt
Dirt is dirt anyplace in the universe. no one will ever have to wash the dirt off of the space suit, in any of our lives. there is nothing there, so please stop watching Star trek
it isn't real it is a movie,( not real )
even if we could make it there they would have to clean out the space crap from all the time they would spend in space. then the dirt on Mars would be poop,
man this page is getting dumber by the minute

It can be earth as well, for earth simply is another name for terrain in another sense of the word.
