The bullying has started again?

So JLo made a comment to Kamran about Muslims last night, tonight she tried to calm things by putting in a light hearted post, this was followed by a post from Shambo [ the bully of female members, and a racist ] saying JLo should apologise to Kamran, all the hypocrites came out in force and agreed with this, yet these same hypocrites tolerate racist abuse from Justmeagain, bullying and racism from Shambo, and anti Jewish, and anti Christian rants from Kamran.

All this is reminicent of what happened to Eden when most of the same culprits ganged up on her and made her life hell, on top of which Shambo made a comment about fiddling with her terminally ill daughter.

This place has too many bullies, and hypocrites.

Shambo, the sooner you and your cohorts leave Y/A the sooner this place can return to normality

It's a shame, especially after the nice post you made about wanting peace between members on here. I hardly ever use this category now, even though I liked participating, it really wasn't worth it when I had to wade through so many nasty, spiteful and uncalled for comments about myself and my daughter.
And barbie is the biggest hypocrite of all, talking about multiple ID's when it was her that posted as The People's Champion, trying to stoke the flames up, then changed that ID to pj.
Why should people be told 'if you don't like it post somewhere else?' I do post somewhere else, maybe I'm more cowardly than others, but when you see disgraceful posts about your child shamelessly being posted for entertainment reasons, and see other women mainly, laughing and cackling like witches, and applauding for more, it becomes too difficult to reason, it's simpler to use other boards, and other categories. And I still feel uneasy in here because I know the same old suspects will turn up and once again it all starts, because some people on here are only happy when they're causing upsets, or humiliating people, and then only because they think their 'gang' is bigger and so they can get away with it.
It's like being back in the school playground, the bullies standing in a circle throwing stones and laughing when they hurt others. I didn't like it then, and I like it even less when I see adults doing it

Firstly, you really should TELL YOUR PARENTS or the person/people who are your guardians. By all means also tell your Bible Teacher - if he is a good teacher he will make sure this dosen;t happen again and he may verywell tell your parents anyway as an extra protection for you. Nornmally your parents are the people who care for and love youmost in the world and will go out of their way to protect you. You may feel it will annoy them but I think you will be suprised - I think they will probably go out of their way to help you. If this is not at all possible, go to a trusted relative or friend about it and also the the Principal of the school. If you get no help from the school - contact, or get someone to contact the police for you. All schools should now have a ZERO TOLERANCE for bullying. It may only be words now, but usually if a bully is allowed to get away with this they will progress to more harmful, violent behaviour. Hope it all turns out well for you.

Not sure what has been going on lately on here as I very rarely come on now, I got bored of using a site that seems to have a lot of childish behaviour on and like you said jim g the hypocrites.

I have noticed from one question to the next certain users brown nosing certain folk then if that person says anything out of turn all war seems to break out and they quickly retreat and start brown nosing someone else.

I never came on here to make friends but believe me I can count on one hand the users I would class as genuine and honest. I really can’t be arsed with all this on going feuding between certain members. I do actually agree with a lot you have said (can’t comment on Jlo as I didn’t read what she said) in my opinion far too many people are trying to be the centre of attention all the time.

It has too many people that get too involved and bring a q/a forum into their personal lives.
Internet allows people to become subhuman by alleviating the face value of another person and when people are uneducated and lack basic morals and values, it becomes what you see. Removing the human contact it is easier for people to show their true colors.
The things that you state are everywhere on the net.
As these things will continue to exist till the end of time, that is why there are laws and rules on boards such as these. The report button is there, for you or anyone to use.

Unfortunately it is always the minority that spoil it for the majority! We try to not get involved in this sort of thing but if it went on for too long people who get a lot of support, friendship and advice from YA will move on to another site or Yahoo could pull the plug on this altogether. This is not a forum for antagonising others or being a bully to get your point of view across. We agree that some questions are more lighthearted and should be answered as such but it is sometimes difficult to determine whether people mean what they are saying or if they are poking fun at a particular group or person. We enjoy interacting on YA and will continue to do so despite a few who are out to try and spoil it.

I didnt see any of this stuff earlier, but when I read "jlo's" last post she was out of order.

I agree in principle with what you're saying and I have never turned a blind eye to any kind of racism and bullying but really it has all went too far and gotten childish.

We all know how to deal with abusive posts. We've probably all had them. But why do people keep entering into discussions with the people who are causing them problems? Its never going to solve anything and it almost always escalates.

Its the only drawback to a great website, that we can post our thoughts so easily without thinking fully about the consequences of what we're saying. I know i've spoken in answers in a way that I never would in a face to face debate. You can be very forthright in here and its easy to cause and take offense.

The whole community should be more proactive about reporting any bullying behaviour.

i stumbled onto YA & loved being here...
Recently tho', things got not too pretty & i'm lying low...

It wasnt one little comment that JLO or Cara made it was plenty. Including a whole threatening tirade tonight.

I stuck up for JLo months ago when she was accused of bullying Eden because at the time i used email Jlo at the time and never thought she was capable of acting like that.

I saw Caras rant about immigration tonight and I cant stand any sort of racial, religious, gender, sexual orientation intolerance and said a couple of things back (purely in debate) she thought this was then acceptable to tell everybody on here where I live and practically what colour knickers I have on.

Oh and threatened me. So if anyone is being a bit of a bully and a hypocrite maybe you should look at her behaviour.

I am a bit worried about her behaviour the last couple of days. It is not the JLO that we all knew

Will everyone please calm down, if this situation continues, it will spiral, and could possibly ruin the forum!
Rule of thumb! Don't write anything to anyone on this site, you would not be prepared to say to there faces!

Ive had it myself, kinda left here for a while, but looks like it back to it again,
