More observed than lived.
Even our own experiences are mostly not lived but out of self-observation.
When i said, 'I'm happy, grandpa', my philosophical grandpa used to retort, 'You think you are happy'! What a chasm between the two! Almost a negation!
"It is in our mind, we are thus or thus"
"The mind in its own place
can make a hell of heaven
a heaven of hell"
So the real villain is. as Osho tells, our thoughts, our imagination!

As I am central to my experiences they are mostly lived, but as others may witness me, they are mostly observed.

Unfortunately, I had to live thru most of them. Slow learner here! Sometimes I have learned by experiencing what not to do, but learn I did & today I am grateful. Thanks.
