The Hamptons in Long Island, Naples Florida. Palm Beach Florida. Newport Beach California. Monaco, Luxemburg, El Tamarindo Mexico, Malaga Spain, Dubai, Some parts of NYC, Some parts of Miami, London... Really though there are rich people every where...
