Honestly we all end up looking at the same channel, even you got 300 or more options...so Cable would be the best then!

Who wants to have HDTV to watch the news??? I mean, does it really worth it...

Satellite tend to give better reception and true HD picture. Cable depending where you are can get pretty pricey. I had Direct TV then switched to Cox Cable. I switched right back because of price and picture! .

Satellite. I live in a really small town. The cable reception stunk. When I reported a problem and it was almost a week without a repair I got a dish.

I switched from cable to satellite, and am very happy with what i`ve got. The only exception is during a heavy storm.

I've had both and have been much happier with Satellite. Two major reasons

1. When it goes out due to weather it comes back on when the clouds clear, not two days later when they repair the line.

2. The cost seems to be more stable. My price doesn't go up unexpectedly

cable tv definitely.

our satellite goes out all the time, at the slightest hint of a storm.

it sucks, but none of my friends with cable have that problem.

►Digital Cable
I had DirectTv & got rid of it because I lost the picture everytime it rained or snowed, & when the leaves grew back in the spring, I would lose my Hi-def channels.
You can get a lot of sports programming on Digital Cable.
