Hmmm ... I'd say your line has a pretty good chance if she has a quirky sense of humor & admires Oscar Wilde for being one of the leading literary figures of the last few millennia. Worst case scenario: a momentary or ephemeral stare that says ... huh? Better still ... just be yourself & forget the lines. lol

In my experience, the phrase "good pick up line" is a contradiction in terms. In any case, that definitely isn't one - girls like to be told about their singular points, and saying that she's differentiable implies she doesn't have any.
