No. However, if you shine it at places on the house where the address is not normally found (other than around the door) you may be explaining it to a law officer.

I've never heard of that before. Then again, I guess it all depends on where you live and what the laws are there.

I wouldn't exactly say someone walking up to my house and shining a flashlight was threatening, but you never know -- the occupant might not appreciate it and they might try to get you in trouble with trespassing. But in my own experience, I'd say no.

no it is not illegal as long as yu dont shine it in their window and if your doing it, dont look like your hiding or something like that because otherwise they might have a gun and shoot you lol

haha no. what danger are you causing or law are you breaking? Now if you are on their property, a cop could get you with trespassing
