Triple H already has a match against Umaga. So, I don't think it will be him, although I think he will get the next shot. HBK is not ready to return. Jericho wouldn't get a shot his first night back. Mr. Kennedy? I don't see them doing a heel vs heel match. The one I am predicting gets the title shot this Sunday is Jeff Hardy. Why? He is the IC Champ. But more importantly, he's the top face on Raw without a match that night. For the record I think Orton will win the title.

I think it's gonna be Kennedy.
HHH is already in a match against Umaga, HBK is still out, and Y2J isn't coming back.
I actually think if this is the case, Kennedy will win cause Orton still has to serve his suspension for the whole steroids thing. Unless he already served it, but I don't recall.

hbk did have knee surgery but its said hes cleared to come back whenever he wants, hhh is in a match
hbk or jericho , think orton and kennedy are to much in the dog house for the dope scandal to win

Y2J is not coming back 0% proof he is
HHH is already in a match at No mercy
also there will probablly be a battle royal for the title (i hate it when titles are decided that way)
