How can they make out AND talk on the phone? I'd say the second one. There is nothing wrong with believing in ghosts, but there is something wrong with being rude as hell.

the ghost thing doesn't bother me at all....
#2 would be a deal breaker UNLESS the call involved business (person is a doctor or other professional being consulted about work)...personal calls are a definite no-no.
