Yes. I was riding my bike, and I hit something and went flying over the handlebars. I hit the pavement so hard my helmet came off. I was out for a little while. Luckily, I only had a mild concussion.

I'm not sure if it counts, but I had a seizure when I was in my early 20s. I was just kind of having a cigarette and felt a little light headed and next thing I knew I was being lifted on a gurney into an ambulance.
Just a note, get me to the hospital in a car or let me die. It's insanity how much an ambulance ride costs (unfortunately it was during a couple month window that I had no health insurance).

Nope never knocked unconscious, unconscious one time because I passed out by getting drunk! When I woke up I felt like I had been knocked out!!

The first time I passed out from not eating for about a week. I lost ten pounds. I was 13. I wiped out a metal book case and it did not hurt me. The second time I was trying to stop my friend from fighting. He took off running and I had a hold of him and down I went. Received a fracture just below my left eye. I was 27.

Yep. A few times.
Face-plant into a terrazo floor when I was 2 (skull fracture #1).
Line-drive to the temple playing softball when I was 11, got x-ray'd.
Walked into.....something when I was 12, got x-ray'd again.
Slipped and fell in college, had to get my jaw x-ray'd.
Car accident in college (skull fracture #2).
Some jerk hit my car door while I was getting my stuff out of my car and my door hit me behind the ear (college again) - came to on the ground half-under my car (???).
Boot to the head in the mosh pit during NIN concert (college again).
I have a hard head.

Nah! I've neva been knocked unconscious bt I'v always wntd to faint. To have that experience bt NOT to be like purposly knocked out by some1.

Yes. Jerk at a party cold ****** me, never saw him before. Was walking of the porch leaving, never bumped him. My friends kicked his @zz while I was laying in the snow knocked out. Later we found out he was high on drugs.

Yeah, i was standing in gym minding my own biz, then this jerk runs after a out of bounds basketball and clunks his big melon into my face.. knocked my *** out!
