how do you raise your chances while going for 2nd IUI?

Any suggestions to make it work this time.
Metformin+clomid+hcg+iui is the route we hv been adviced.

You could ask your doctor to do 2 IUI's--the first 12 hours past the hcg trigger, and the second 36 hours past hcg trigger.

Also, be sure your hubby doesn't ejaculate for 3 whole days before the first IUI but no more than 5 days.
