Sad to say, once I had a crush on a human who was dead for centuries . It was a statue.
Yikes, creepy, now that I think of it.

Come to think of it, I once had a crush on a drawn figure in the American Sign Language manual. I thought he was very handsome in the drawings. Ten years later, I saw a drawing of him on the AIDS quilt in Washington. I recognized him instantly. He had died of AIDS - and I burst into tears at the sight of his image there. . Funny how this question has caused me to remember odd things I thought I had forgotten...

beauty and the beast guy, vincent from the 80's tv show and angel from buffy (guy on bones now) were my non human crushes, plus there is always arnold in the terminator!!!
