sometimes they can feel the vibrations from the music. They don't have the tune, but can feel the beat.

found this out by accident but if you hold a balloon and the music is loud enough you can feel the vibrations through it

well they have special headsets where the speaker goes into the ear canal and they feel the vibrations of the beats
