Sharing my house with boyfriend, not getting along, want him gone. His name is only on his bills.

Assuming it is your house, you need not treat him as a tenant. He is a boarder not a tenant. He is not covered by landlord/Tenant regulations. Change the locks and put his stuff outside.

You need to send an eviction notice. Check with local law enforcement or court to get the proper procedures for this. You invited and allowed him to live there so you can not just boot him as you would like.

Send him by certified mail a 30 day written eviction notice. Request a return receipt. He'll have rec'd the notice, you'll have proof that you gave him notice.
