The first syllable is like the "ey" in "hey"
Then "low"
Then D, like the letter, or like "dee"
The first syllable is pronounced that way because of the accent aigu above the E. Without the accent it would be completely different.

OMG! I'm French. Maybe the Hey-lodie would be the closest if you don't pronounce the h too much.
There's no sound in English that's exactly like that E.
Maybe like the sound in gEnEral. that kind of E sound.
But please, not A, not eee (igloo). That's with the American accent.
