yes they do. but you gotta play smarter and use STRATEGY.
learn the rules so you will know how to break them and do not get intimidated by any one or any circumstance! Have an attitude and show yourself secure to others. Even if you are not a master in the art, act as one, so no one will notice the difference. If you are smarter and use strategy, you will surely beat them at their own game, just by learning how to break their own rules so you can always be one step ahead and guess what their next movement is going to be and take pertinent actions. In this way you will always be walking on the safe side of the sidewalk
