Let me start by saying that I'm asking for honorable liberals to answer . Honorable , Thoughful , Honest , Intelligent , Liberals .
Let me also say that I've used those words(honorable etc.) many times before in my addresses to liberals , DESPITE being told by my own party members that I was foolish or only dreaming that any liberal could be that way . So you libs would serve yourself well by at least acknowledging that for starters .
Now , on to the question. . . .

Surely most of you know that President Bush believes in what he's doing . Passionately . Hell , even left-wing websites acknowledge that . And those same websites 'report' that the president has said that if he sees that a left-wing candidate , weak on terrorism and Iran , was on track to win the whitehouse , then he'd be far more likely to 'clean-up' Iran before leaving office .
So , when the left continually mounts baseless attacks and attempts to make far-left ideals into policies , you are only forcing his hand .

Dart Swinger - Well maybe you should stick to darts because we won't be using any ground troops , or very few , when we hit Iran . It will be from planes and battleships .

I surely hope more people answer cause you first 5 guys don't have a clue as to how a military operation should take place . Plus the only lives that will be lost are the Iranian military and government . Don't you read ?

Alaska -- No , that's NOT what I was saying at all . But you can find what I was saying by re-reading the question . Or perhaps it wasn't you who I was addressing in the opening paragraph . Hint .

Voice -- Ahem. . . I never said he 'knows' what he's doing , but instead I said he 'believes' in what he's doing . Makes all the difference in the world . Therefore you're entire premise is moot and doesn't address the posted question .

Bagykawa - Will it make any difference to you to know that what you claim I'm saying , and what I really typed are completely different ? So different that your 'answer' looks like an answer to some other question. . . . not mine !

Wow... the doors of hell have been swung wide!

>>Sharia_Vigilant looks around at the frothing, rabid, Leftist moonbats ready to pounce on the next unwary American ready to challenge them and their Marxist beliefs. Our hero yanks back the slide on his XD .45 letting it slide forward with a satisfying clack as the heavy round slides comfortably into the chamber<<

Well now… maybe I should have been a cheesy comic book writer right? (no, not really)

Your assumption here is probably correct.

Although, I have read some articles which indicate Bush is “secretly” advising Democrats on Iraq (http://www.examiner.com/a-953145~Bush_quietly_advising_Hillary_Clinton__top_Democrats.html) which throws a wrench in this line of thinking …

Those of us rooted in reality know that Iran is a HUGE threat. They have been for many years…

I really don’t know man…

So Bush will be attacking Iran because of all the crazy things liberals say.

OK....wow and now I know how Fox got the idea for are you smarter then a fifth grader from.

I like how you want to ask for honest liberals yet insult them in the same breathe. Nice.

Edit: Oh yeah I forgot to add, your rant is not a question, and civilians die also in war not just military and government officals.

Edit: You're asking me what I am saying? I'm not saying much actually I figured I would answer with gibber jabber since well I do that to most people who rant and rave and I must correct you, you didn't ask a question, you ASSUMED a war in Iran will be the fault of the Left, also you had a nice little rant in there. Let me mention again I did enjoy how you made a jester to the left by only asking for the Honorable to answer, yet you insult them by saying that all the crazy things they say and do will more then likely lead to war with Iran...Nice.

A little advise don't try to hide your insults, you should be more straight forward with them. Also instead of Bush might hit Iran, you should have How soon with the U.S. hit Iran, because of the Far Left Moveon.org Democrat party.

Oh by they, since it looks like we are going to need more troops when Bush does start a war because of the Left with Iran, I hope to see you in front of the Draft Board, Unless you can convince Bush stop end the Civil War in Iraq so our troops can bomb and take over Iran.

What I am hoping we can do is this: precision-target their uranium enrichment plants as well as ancillary labs, and blow them to smithereens.

Civilian deaths would be very minimal; only those people working in the plants. Bush could address the United Nations and defend the action as the best solution. I am certain we have plenty of proof of their illegal weapon making activities, and after the deed is done, the truth will come out... perhaps literally! Scientists can measure not only the degree of radiation, but the isotope type, and calculate what materials were used and in what quantities. It's similar to when North Korea had that embarrassing nuclear test which appeared to show their bomb was.... a dud. Scientists were able to extrapolate a lot of data and form very convincing conclusions. Iran's weapons programs will show they are using highly enriched isotopes, and that will be the smoking gun.

I would bet our government knows exactly at what stage the Iranians are at in their nuke development. We will not only prove to the world that we were required by the impending threat to take action, but perhaps this time (unlike Iraq), the world will actually be grateful that we didn't wait until it was too late for preventative measure.

Thank you for addressing your question to honorable, thoughtful, honest, intelligent people, most of whom are Liberal.
Your question doesn't seem to me to be a question at all, but rather an opinionated statement on your part. First of all, nearly 70% of the people in this country would disagree with you where you say President Bush knows what he's doing. And the rest of what you claim in your statement is simply something you've read from what you claim are left-wing websites but you offer no sources. I would be dishonest if I were to attempt to answer a purported question that has no basis in fact.

Of course he believes in what he's doing. But there is no way he can go into Iran. We do not have enough resources (money, troops, equipment) left to defend both our country and attack another. He is just saying that so he can instill the fear that he used as a tactic to get re-elected-- we are unsafe, and only my party can protect you. He is pandering for votes for the right, plain and simple.

Bush intends to hold Iran responsible and stress them to be candid approximately their nuclear application and nuclear intentions. the huge-unfold employer of crossing their palms mutually as announcing that their intentions are completely benign won't fly anymore. it's time to fess up and end tapdancing.

I think if Bush bombs Iran, then good luck winning in '08 Republicans. Many are going to see that bombing isn't going to solve anything in Iran and that diplomacy is the way to go. Iran would be totally justified in getting nuclear weapons if we attack them. They would say that nuclear weapons were a deterrent. There has been a lack of diplomacy in this administration and it is hurting out status as a caring nation. And if you say "well who cares about the world thinks of us," you aren't going to win the White House for some time in the future. Thats just what I believe.

Oh, and thats probably the worst case for war I've ever heard come out of this administration... It isn't even a legitimate reason

Thanks for the compliment but you are an idiot. The current candidates do not support "far-left" policies (except healthcare but Hillary doesn't count).

So let me see if I have this straight, if the people of the US make it clear they intend to elect a more liberal candidate or one who is against attacking Iran, Bush will ignore the people's wishes and attack Iran on his own? Is that what you are saying?

So many people are so mindlessly committed to thier political party (despite the fact 99.9% of any party have never had any direct communication with thier party or its leaders) that they forget that the President and other politicians work for them not the other way around.

Despite the god like attitudes of celebrities such as Dick Chenney, Ted Stevens, Don Young and good ole W his-self, These thieves work for you and me.

And when we, as a majority, make it clear we do not want something to happen then it shouldn't happen. They work for us! This administration has set a new level of self-serving and self-enriching trampleing of the constitution. They have caused thousands to be killed, injured, made homeless and ruined so they could make more money.

Anybody who ignores this is fooling themself. And anybody who's only political discourse uses terms like "far-left ideals" or "baseless attacks" is either one of the power elite or an idiot.

By the way I lied. I've only voted for a democrat once or twice in my life. But I never tell anyone I used to vote predominately republican because I am ashamed and embarressed. You should be too.

No they think if the smear the troops or anyone who stands up for them they will win in Nov 08.

Don't bet against the US Military you will lose everytime.

Ask Germany or Japan if you have doubts.

So, what you're saying that if the elected candidate (who is supposed to be the choice of the people) don't show clear signs of going to invade Iran (most likely one of the reasons why people voted him) he's going to do it himself before leaving office.

In a nut (no pun intended...) shell, if Bush sees that the people of the USA don't want to invade Iran and elect a president who won't, he's going to do it anyway.

"Stop throwing democracy in my face, it's just a goddamned abstract concept!"

Where do you draw the line between freedom and tyranny? Seriously.
