Does anyone know what the average cycle of a Herbal store might be?

I'm trying to find out about how long an average herbal shop might last. As in the estimated years.
This is for an assignment in my business class (gr 12) so any help would be greatly appreciated.

There really isn't an "average" answer. The fact is that most small businesses (about 8 out of 10) fail within 3 years. This includes ALL types of businesses. So, if you want an "average," it will probably be 1-2 years. If they make it past the 3-year mark, they will usually last as long as the owner wants it to last.
