better person? Just between you and I...I don't even know if i believe in God, but I think if I stopped throughout the day to focus on what I am thankful for and what I would like help with maybe I would have a better quality of life.

Well, it really couldn't hurt. If you have an issue with someone, you can wish them well. You can spend the time thinking what you are grateful for, etc.
