I always give my kids a healthy breakfast in the morning, usually try to do something hot /w fruit and juice/milk. I pick while I'm making it and cleaning up, that counts, right?

For sure. This morning I had Wheat Chex with raspberries and yesterday I had a big piece of apple pie with some slices of cheddar cheese.
I love breakfast!!

Yes, green smoothies made with a couple hand-fulls of spinach, 2 frozen bananas, an orange and a few strawberries with 1 cup of water blended well.
MMMmmmmm & so healthy too!

Yes I do I always do a banana smottie with strawberries or just a cereal. But when Im really hungry I do some eggs with ham.

Nope. Cant seem to get in the habit.Im just not hungry in the morning. They say its the one meal u shouldnt skip but its hard not to.
