How old were you played your first video game, and what game was it?
Do you think it's as fun as it was back then, if you play it now?
Finally, what game are you playing right now?

I'll start it off.

I was 5 years old, and remember playing "Burgetime" on my Atari 2600 in Brazil.
The game is still fun for me to this day, however, I only play it on my cell phone.
I am now playing "Halo 3" and am 25 years old.

Top 5 Games

1: Super Metroid
2: Super Mario 64
3: Final Fantasy 7
4: Socom 2
5: Bioshock

I may be rusty at remembering this but I'm willing to say it had to have been about late 70's or 1981 (to be specific) that I played "Pong". Christ...people wouldn't cross the street for it now but it was an amazing thing back when your options were board games or cards.
By then I was in my early 20's. Then along came Space Invaders and these other games that were 3D but just geometric designs of tanks, spaceships and ships. The video game industry has come a long, long way since then.

And now at 50? The games I enjoy out of the large collection I have is Silent Hunter III (still playing!), Medieval Total War series, IL Sturmovik and Pacific Fighters.

I'm glad I lived to see the games develop into better graphics and the challenge level has increased. Well...'some' games are a challenge anyway.

The first game I really vividly remember playing was PItfall for the Atari 2600. I also really liked Keystone Kapers. I haven't played either of those games for years, because the cord connecting my old Atari to my TV is missing.

Right now I'm playing through God of War 2 a 2nd time.

My top 5 games:
1. Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time
2. Final Fantasy 10
3. God of War 2
4. Final Fantasy 6
5. Dragon Quest 8

First game I ever played was Super Mario Bros on NES.
SMB is a classic, and it's aged very well. The last time I played it was over the summer and its still as fun as I remember when I was 5.

Right now I'm playing Zelda Phantom Hourglass on DS, and Heavenly Sword on PS3.
