128 divided by 32 (from 32:1 ratio) = 4

2 gallons would need 8 ounces of oil to have 32:1 ratio mixture

There are 120 oz. per gal. divide 32 into 120 = 3.75 oz. X 2 gal. = 7.50 oz.
