You left this question open to more questions. If I were rich and in good health but was a moral degenerate, what good would all that money do me as a human being and a damned soul? If on the other hand I was poor and sick, and of high moral standards, I know I would choose to be the sick and poor one. You can't take it with you, you know!

Did you mix it up? Did you mean rich and in poor health, or poor and healthy? Your question as it is doesn't make sense. Is it better to have it all, or none at all?

ummm that's a dumb question....it would of made more sense to ask if it would be better; rich @ in poor health or poor and in good health....don't ya think?!?!
