You make sure more poor children are born. First you make sure birth control pills are not covered by Medicaid or even most private insurance. Then you make sure the morning after pill is not available to teens. Then you make abortions difficult or impossible to get. Let's see, check, check, check...Then you tailor economic policies so that the rich get richer and the poor and middle class fall farther and farther behind. checkmate! more pawns on the board and if only half are healthy you will still have enough.

Wilson (WW I) a democrat.
FDR (WW II) a democrat.
Truman (Korea) a democrat.
Kennedy/Johnson (Vietnam) both democrats...
Reagan (Grenada) a republican.
Bush Sr. (Desert Storm) a republican.
Clinton (Bosnia, Somalia, Haiti) a democrat.
Bush Jr. (Afghanistan and Iraq) a republican.
Please note, that everyone with the exception of Clinton got Congressional approval before launching the troops. Clinton went to Congress and TOLD them, but never once asked.

I grew up in a poor house hold, raised by my mother only... I had two younger brothers and an older sister. I also fought in OIF3 and OIF4.
