1) Spanish rice done with chicken inside the rice.
2) I also like meat done in a form of thick stew and served over white rice.
3) Rice with pork meat and "gandules" pigeon peas.
4) White rice, with red beans done with small diced potatoes or pumpkin and ham. That recipe has sofrito and tomato sauce in it. Along with some fried chicken. Or steak and onions.
Sofrito, is mostly green peppers onions garlic and cilantro. It's used a lot in Spanish cooking.

I like mine with just butter and sugar. Those flavored rice entrees are good. The chicken flavor is good. A friend of mine fixes beef stew meat, onions,rice and soy sauce(I think) together and thats pretty good.You can also fix a sausage casserole with rice, cheese, cream of chicken soup. Thats really good for Brunch.

I like spanish rice or indian spiced rice called "puliogare". good stuff =)

A little bit of curry powder, a couple veggies in it, with salt, pepper, celery salt, and Tabasco sauce.

I like my rice on SOMEONE ELSES PLATE! I cannot stand rice unless its like in Cabbage rolls otherwise please get it away from me! My hubby and son both love it but it totally gags me!!!!
