To be pregnant you have to release an egg so it is fertilized. No uterus...no eggs. Unless you have ovaries intact...then yes I guess so, but it would be ectopic since the pregnancy could not properly implant.

It is possible to get a positive when you're not pregnant. My husband actually took a pregnancy test one time and it came out positive! LOL

Well now she didn't say she didn't have overies. You can have overies and no uterus.

I don't see why the hcg hormone would be present, but I'm not a dr. If you have an eptopic pregnancy it would show up. Those cannot go to term, they have to be terminated. :(
