With all due respect; have you attempted making contact with that person; through that web site? I think I'd try that first.

I can't know if you'll find blue prints; but certainly a general WWW search using keywords will link you to multiple sites, probably very similar to that one.

A 1/4 pipe is relatively easy actually; as long as you can deterimine the radius at 25 % of 360; if that's even a critical issue. You don't state how wide or how high you want it but certainly that will matter. 8 ft wide might be OK; but 4 ft from ground to peak won't work. In that case it might be that you'll need 2 full sheets of anything; plus you might want to consider tempered masonite to skin the sub structure. Materials might be as simple as 2x4's and plywood. I probably wouldn't even bother boxing in the sides. Moveable might be as easy as decent lawn tractor wheels; but you have to be able to lock it in position.

Add On: With all due respect the person who's web site that is, pretty clearly explains the process and shows some of the construction; plus has highlighted words in the text that might link you?
