no morgage
car paid off
no credit card debt
it feels great.
saving a lot for my retirement.

Just my truck loan. No other debts...just monthly expenses (including credit cards) which are paid in full each month.

I don't mind telling you....

I make 80,000 per year and am 30 years old
I own my home--free and clear..
I paid cash for my cars.
I pay off my credit card each month...
