If you really got a 9 AFQT then it's unlikely you are even able to turn your computer on let alone write a message here.

You either missed the blocks and got everything wrong or there was a scoring error. Have a recruiter ask for a hand score of the test.

You can't really study for that test because of the nature of the exam. You can develop your testing skills though.
