I cant even see the "start" on the screen. I dont know how to get the screen back to normal size. HELP!!!!!

Your screen resolution is too low. Right-click on the desktop the go to the settings tab, set the resolution to 1024 x 768. Something higher than where it is now.

Do a right click and select Properties. Open the Settings tab and adjust the screen resolution.

change the settings for the resolution of the screen in Display Properties, click Settings, sliding tab for Screen Resolution is on left side in the center - change it to the required resolution (usually 1024x768) and press OK after that!
