Yup, sure did. I was at lunch, luckily and wasn't traumatized but for only about 5 minutes. It didn't work when I got back to work, but I checked it about 20 minutes ago and it worked!

I believe there was a problem with the ya h oo server, so everyone trying to access answers were having difficulty, it didn't matter where you were.

Yeah but people need to realize these things happen and not throw huge hissy fits.
Yahoo! was probably updating or fixing some bugs or they got lagged up, its normal, all sites do this at some point or another.
