A box a macaroni and cheese. Rice and pasta dishes fill one up without being expensive. You can add meat or not. Also has a side dish I would heat up a can of vegetables. Aldi's is a good place to buy canned goods. Much cheaper than the regular super markets. If you have eggs. You can make an omelet add onions and peppers if you like. That along with white or yellow rice.
