Depends what it is they are copying !
If text, not a lot you can do to stop thm doing copy/paste
Digital images/photos. Watermark them, get a proper security marking in them.
Video, embed a logo on them, make it SHOW your ownership
Other than that the question is too vague to answer

If someone is remotely stealing your information, check that there are no viruses or spyware on your computer.
If someone is physically on your computer and copying the history, cookies, etc., there are settings in a web browser, such as Firefox or Safari, that allow the user to automatically delete all private information (history, cookies, saved passwords, filled in forms, etc.).
---Firefox---
Go to the preferences (varies by OS), under the Privacy tab, uncheck the following:
-Remember visited pages for the last 'x' days
-Remember what I enter in forms and the search bar
-Remember what I've downloaded
-Accept cookies from sites
Then check "Always clear my private data when I close Firefox."
Lastly, under Private Data, check the box next to 'Ask me before clearing private data', then click Clear Now. Check all the following and click 'Clear Private Data Now.'
---Safari (Mac)---
Click Safari in the menu bar, click Reset Safari..., then check everything and click Reset.
Hope it helped =P. I'm a Mac user, so it may be different.
