Yes but this would be hard to do. Ive heard of it happening before, but the woman and her doctor thought losing her period was just the 'change of life' because she supposedly couldn't conceive.

She was an overweight woman and didn't have much weight gain. She didn't feel her daughter move because she was heavy and this was her first baby.

She also skipped the heartburn, nausea, and morning sickness and all that... (some women don't have these)

She went to the ER with extreme stomach pain after collapsing while bowling... Had a beautiful baby girl in 6 hours!

So I would say, Slim to None chance of it happening... but stranger things could and have happened!

Typically when women have full term babies without being aware of pregnancy there is a severe weight abnormality, such as the baby was really tiny and the woman weighs 300 pounds. Women with health problems such as obesity have many health related issues and symptoms, and so they may not notice any specific pregnancy symptoms, they may not even show signs of noticeable weightgain.

If you are asking this question because you are a teenager and you've been having unprotected sex, the only way you can know for sure if you are pregnant or not is a blood test.

My friends sister did.
Her coach looked at her and said that she just looked pregnant. And that he was going to bench her until they knew for sure. Now she was very active in sports, and thought that she was just gaining a little weight. Had all her cycles. Took a test, and sure as could be she was knocked up.
Called an OBGYN had an appointment set up. A week later the morning of the 1st appointment she was getting dressed for school. And her water broke, and she had the baby on her grandma's couch.
Baby was full term, and healthy.
She did give the baby up for adoption.

True story.

Your uterus could be good adequate to hold to term, yet I recommend you tell your OB/GYN as quickly as you detect out in case you're pregnant. it may be such as having pregnant splendid after having a miscarriage. particularly some women human beings have accomplished it and function had effective pregnancies, yet each lady is diverse. As for delivery defects - your toddler would not have any that are regarding the abortion. good success.

there are cases where this has happened, but I can't understand how!!! Once that baby gets to be big and active its hard to miss!!! Even severly overweight women will feel the baby move.

My opinion, its all psycological. They don;t want to be pregnant, so they convince themselves thay are not. When the baby comes they either have to wake up or give it up.

I have no idea. I did see that on the discovery channel once. But the lady was HUGE (obese). She had her period the whole nine months and at the end she tought she was having menstrual cramps until she felt downward and felt a head. She had her baby in her room. I was so in shock.

I suppose if she's genuinely ignorant and ignoring all body signs then anything is possible.

Some women do bleed during pregnancy, causing them to think they are getting their period.

But, is it possible to have a period and then have a baby? No. Anyone who's done that is simply in denial that they are pregnant.
