i am thinking of buying a lcd 15" tv but i dont no if it has a usb so i can connect to my pc is there another way of doing this

You don't need usb, you need a vga (d-sub) connection.
hdmi or dvi are also acceptable if you have a fairly new graphics card on your pc and these connections are available.

U don't want a TV with USB, you need VGA !
make sure it can display a min of 1024x768 res for a 15" screen
