Why should people who have made a CHOICE to put out only so much and earn only so much be able to pump out kids they can't afford and then parade them in front of Congress demanding that everyone else pay their bills?

Why does the fact that it's not the kids' fault come into the debate - - - it's not MY fault, thus it's not a justification for the State to take my money!

How is Obamacare going to repair the subject concerns in healthcare? Will they restoration them or lead them to worse? I paintings in healthcare and notice how the device is corrupted and failed. How lots time does your surgeon spend with you once you flow to the workplace to work out him? What does he do for you? did you comprehend that many circumstances they don't even look at your chart or checklist till a jiffy till now going interior the room to work out you? the effort-loose time distributed for each affected person is 15 minutes, and featuring time they spend looking over your chart and doing documentation. so which you in elementary terms get a couple of minutes of certainly communicate time with them. Why is this? because of the fact they could desire to work out numerous sufferers an afternoon and don't have the time. they have a ton of workplace work to do which many times is going to the staff. some insurances do not pay returned crap. some state insurances in elementary terms pay returned 20% of the flow to fee and that loss is taken via the workplace. because of the fact of this many workplaces do not % to settle for medicaid because of the fact they only do not pay. I even have numerous duty and get low pay. actually, I have been given paid extra working in a warehouse, had extra powerful advantages and much less duty working there than in healthcare. they only reason I do it fairly is because of the fact there have been no different jobs. I see scientific blunders made and lead them to myself, on occasion damaging to the affected person because of the fact of undesirable oversight, no training, and organizational shape. What could nicely be executed to repair this? What consequence will Obamacare have on healthcare?

The Federal Government does too much with health care now. The bill proposed by Congress was too big and too sweeping. As it is, many states have programs to cover these kids but the kids aren't signed up.

"f you can't afford health care for your kids....don't have them."

Easy for you to say, and a typical defense. Maybe they USED to be able to afford it, or all of a sudden their company scrapped their health insurance all together, which has happened a LOT in the past several years, if you haven't noticed.

80k a year isn't poor by any means, but it's not living easy, that's for sure. I really don't care if someone makes 10k a year or 200k a year; I believe all American children deserve health care, regardless of their parent's income. We shouldn't let children suffer because of the poor choices made by parents, that's one thing we should all stand for as Americans.

80K/yr is not a huge amount of money for a family with 2 children living in a metropolitan area in the U.S. Although I agree with the traditionally conservative values of self reliance and fiscal responsibility, I think it would be ideal for all children to have health insurance whether their parents were responsible enough to provide it or not.

add to the fact that they think people making 200,000 are rich and should be taxed at 40% plus. odd how those two situations show the idiocy of the lefts attempts to deny socialization of our society.

I would think the government would care enough about its citizens to want them healthy. To place blame on parents for having kids without having health care is lame. That's saying that unless you're wealthy, you shouldn't have kids.
Kids are stuck in the middle. When they need health care, they should have access to it, regardless of their family's income. It's what a caring government would want.

The taxpayers should not. The kids should be your priority and do not use that money to buy the latest iphone. You can't have it all.

Compare the cost of this program that will protect Americans with the cost of the war in Iraq that is currently killing Americans. Bush just turned down a really good deal which clearly shows that he isn't "pro-life". Let's hope that Congress sets him straight and passes this!
