Hey, you're preggy. Congratulations! Try to consult this to a doctor or health worker who are more knowledgeable. Although it's "ginger", but the mere fact that it's already encapsulated meant that it underwent a "production" (in some laboratory or factory). Always be aware of such.

Ginger is safe but that doesn't mean that these herbal caps are, it depends what else is in them.
If you want to stop sickness ginger is the best thing but just buy a pack of ginger biscuits - they work just fine.

Yes, it's safe - in fact, ginger biscuits or crystalised ginger are both recommended to help with morning sickness. I personally wouldn't take it capsule form - biscuits are much yummier!

yes u should be ok with ginger capsules. ginger is recommended for sickness, usually ginger biscuit and cup of tea . congrats and hope u get over the sickness soon.

yes it's safe. In fact some pre-natal vitamins come with ginger in them to help with the morning sickness.

I have no idea about those specific ginger capsules, but ginger itself (ginger root, ginger tea, ginger ale), is safe in pregnancy.

Ginger in any form (biscuits, ale, crystalised etc) is the only thing that worked for my morning sickness. Any excuse!

ginger is a great natural relief for morning sickness. i found eating ginger nuts helped me through my second pregnancy!!

Yes it is safe, i know because my midwife told me to take them as they help morning sickness didnt help though i had morning sickness the whole 9 months.
