How do you know when you are ready to get pregnant?

Do you make sure your finacially stable? Do have money saved. How do you know when the right time is over all? Im 27 and my husband is 30 we both want children, i just dont know if we are ready yet

ha ha that is jane cat, my husband has 4 nieces under the age of 5 and i dont really care for them they are very mis behaved but i know i will love my own.

That really has to be a personal question, not so much for anyone else to answer.... are you ready? that's really all that matters. You can never be really ready it's a big job to take on the responsibility of another human being. AS far as the financial aspect of things, you are never EVER ready for that. they cost alot and not just as babies you have to be ready for years of that hardship.

If you're waiting around for some magical time when all seems right, you have enough money, are happy enough, and have enough room blah blah blah, that day will never come.

You have children because you love them before you make them, and you want to live for them and for the sake of training them up into functional members of society. Because they are an expression of the commitment and love between you and your husband.

Its about your degree of selflessness and your maturity. Not money or house or job. Whatever you have goes to the child, and I promise you you'll never have too much, or too little, so long as you live to provide all for them.

That is for God to decide. Once you are married (which you are) you start having sex and God will give you a baby when it's time. No need for contraceptions.

after you babysit for a friend/relative for at least an hour and still want them :)
