Is denver a good place for a graphic designer to find work?

The graphic artists I have known in Denver have had a hard time finding work that suits their skills. Have you done a job search on Denver jobs? You may have some luck looking on line, I don't know how else you'd know.

Denver isn't a "major" city like NY, LA or Chicago, so the jobs are fewer and harder to come by, especially in creative fields. You won't find big publishing or PR firms, for example, like you would in other cities.
