I'm liking the Indians my self. It's a short series. Pay no attention to the 6-0 regular season thing.

I would say the Indians have to be the favorite in this series...I don't care about a 6-0 record the Yankees had vs. the Indians during the regular season...the playoffs are different and all about pitching...the Indians have the better pitching and the Yankees could easily find themselves down 2-0 going back home to play....I think the Yankees will go down 2-0 but will hold at home...my prediction is the Indians will win in 5.

Well, everyone "expects" NY to win and we all know how expectations and predictions turn out in the playoffs. Most people end up wrong. I think Cleveland has a great chance to beat NY. They have great starting pitching and good hitting lineup that is very underrated and not talked about, because of NY's impressive lineup. Trot Nixon has been known to be a Yankee killer, so here is hoping he keeps up the tradition even though he is not starting, he could be a sleeper! :)

The Tribe has some of the best starting pitching around. Better than New York. That is why they have a great chance. Also, New Yawk has a reputation of stumbling in the playoffs recently.

Not to have a biased opinion (I'm a Yankees fan), but I believe the Yankees have a greater chance of winning against Cleveland due to their post-season experience and coaching. Even though Cleveland has outstanding pitching, the NYY batting is just too overwhelming where it may just cause problems for Cleveland defensively

Im not from Cleveland or NY.
Its the Angels and Indians in the ALS. That should be one of the most thrilling post season series of all time. I see the Indians hoisting their first flag since 1948.

Any of the eight playoff teams have a chance to win a short series and/or win it all. The Indians are a strong team and will be one of the favorites to win. My team is the Dodgers
