are there any colleges or universities that offer online courses for a pre med major? i want to be an optometrist...but,it's impossible to take classes in person because i'm in the military(overseas)..thanks

I suspect that there are schools where you can take pre-med classes on-line. However, they are not respected. Getting a degree from one of these schools will seriously decrease your chances of getting into a post-fraduate medical program.

your gonna have a hell of time getting into a medical school in this country having attended an "online" pre-med program...don't waste your time, take regular classes...would u go to a doctor that got any of his training online?

You cannot do those online. Well you can, but they will not be accepted. The Biology, Chemistry (Organic and General), and Physics requirements all have labs.
