Do I have to add another number like area code or something?
or it is already the right number to dial?

Thanks.

There is usually a DIAL OUT number.

63 is the number for the Philippines.

Here in the US, we must dial 011 to get out of the US then 63 for the Philippines. So, it is 01163.......

In Europe, it is probably different by country.

Check out this link I found:

If you in that area, then just dial 813-0691.

If you're not in that area but in that country, then dial 1-(632) 813-0691

If you're outside of that country then dial 011-(632) 813-0691

Good luck my dear friend!

Dahling, please take note. You're better off using phone cards, instead of paying long distance international rates (Italy-Phils.) and to get more minutes, use your landline instead of your cell.

Oh yeah, you need to add 011 - just what Adam said.
