I'm a 21 y/o college girl, and I watch football. I'd delegate all the real work to assistant coaches. I'd mostly try to motivate everyone.
When players need motivation, they could come to the head coach for it.
Also, I wouldn't need 2 seats on the team bus.
Don't tell me how badly I'd do, I'm sure I could do as well as Charlie has this season.

I like it. You'd be the youngest head coach and a female head coach. Surely, you'd make better decisions than Weis. Hell, my cat could make better decisions than that guy.

Race has nothing to do with it. Willingham couldn't recruit anyone; look at the team now. It's not Weiss's fault he doesn't have any true athletes to work with. For his last two years Willingham recruited 2 four star and five star players each year. Weiss already has 15 signed for next year. Give Weiss time to get his recruits into place, and they will be back. Change coaches now and Notre Dame will be hurt for a long time. Personally, I am not a Notre Dame fan. I like Charlie Weiss.

Watching football does not qualify you to coach football; and delagation is not a quality of a great head coach. If that was the case, motivational speakers would be head coaches.... please, give me a break.
Charlie Weis should be fired based on the precedent Notre Dame set when they fired Tyrone Willingham, but Charlie did lose to USC in a close game to earn a 10 year contract. Given that fact, Notre Dame deserves to lose for an extended period of time and I will be happy to watch that on television every weekend; just not with you as their head coach.
Perhaps Notre Dame shouldn't mock God with their "Touchdown Jesus" or at least change it now to "Jesus wept".

notre dame needs to fire wuss either way but to replace him? youd be as good as anyone who would want to touch that lousy program but they woudlnt hire anyone who hasnt coached before
