Obviously not powerful enough even to initiate response from other fellow Greeks in this forum, let alone anywhere else. Here people have the identity protection, but even as such, they are unwilling to comment. Reasons for this are complex, but people prefer to ignore it mainly because they don't want to annoy others directly involved in the conflict. It takes courage to speak your mind, regardless of who might like it or not.

A futile effort, to say the least, when the official political line of Greece condones many of the Turkish actions.
The confrontation with Erdogan's entourage may discomforted him, but he got his ways with the American and International officials. So, what was the benefit of the two sole protesters?

There are silly acting people all over the world, in every society. But I am half surprised at the bewilderement of those two protestors. What did they expect in return? They say theirs was a 'peaceful protest'. You go out and insult a country and its PM, calling them murderers and guilty of genocide (what genocide anyway?), you should expect someone to return the favor lol.
We foreigners (!) are well aware of what took place in the past in Cyprus, concerning Greeks and Turks. All those mass graves of innocent Turkish women and children certainly do not give credit to Greeks, the descendants of famous Greek civilization of antiquity.
When you point a finger to someone, you should be aware that 3 of your fingers point at you at the same time.
We are also guilty for not doing anything and just watching the incidents in Cyprus from 1995 till 1974. You Greeks, and we the rest of the world provided all the legal grounds for Turkey to send troops to Cyprus. We have to look into the future now and see what we can do to achieve a lasting solution there. I would also like to remind everyone that there has been almost no bloodshed between the two communities in Cyprus after the arrival of Turkish army!
Some of you may not like what I am saying, but the facts are there to see. We need to get over our past mistakes, all of us, and unite our efforts to achive peace and friendship.
