But do the chess thing with Connery first. I'll need to be sober, and the others have the best chance of staying quiet.

Reasoning:
Jack is too old to party. He should be home with grandkids.
Don't think Al has the body for the beach. (Sorry, Al).
Robert - I have never been that big a fan.
If I couldn't opt for dinner with Pacino, I'd have to say chess with Connery.
